Is this program self-paced?
Yes and no :) Yes, everyone operates on different schedules so you will find yourself slightly ahead or slightly behind depending on your schedule. No, this is a challenge group with a specific start and end date to help keep you on track and to help you get back on when you fall off. We want the pressure to help keep your goals in front of you, not to crush you if you fall behind.
We LOVE questions because it means that you are truly trying to understand and process the materials. You can ask your questions via your challenge portal or by emailing [email protected] We strive to get your answer within 24 hours.
What if I have questions during the program?
By focusing on the processes, we work to develop lasting results. This isn't a yo-yo diet where you starve yourself of real food or spend 3 hours on the treadmill to lose the weight. The challenge is only 6 weeks, but the principles and habits are designed for you to be able to follow a lot longer.
How is this different from other diet or exercise programs?
ABSOLUTELY!!!! As long as you do the work, communicate consistently with your coach, and complete the homework, we are 100% sure you will experience success :) But if you are going to purchase the program, not do the work, and not communicate with us, then this program is not for you.
Is there a guarantee?
Nope!! No MLM's or pyramid schemes here ;) While we don't sell any specific label, we can recommend a few if you are needing some supplements to fill in some nutritional gaps or can recommend protein/meal replacement shakes if you would like to use them during the program BUT the program is designed to take advantage of real food so you don't have add anything else** (please consult your doctor or dietician before starting any program to see if they have any additional recommendations for you).
Do I have to buy any shakes or supplements?
The LBD Project is primarily a nutrition based program so it is possible to participate without working out (i.e. you are injured, under doctor's care, want to focus on nutrition only, don't have access to workout time/space, etc). BUT....if you want the best results then LBD works best if you are adding workouts. See your coach if you have concerns about working out or how it can be better customized for your situation.
